Vivial Media is currently hiring Sales Focused Outbound Call Center Reps

Join our outbound call center team, selling exciting online marketing products to businesses across the country.

This position is responsible for representing the Company in a professional manner as the first contact to prospective customers.  This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to gain experience in a growing business in an exciting sector. You will be working in a customer facing environment as part of the call center team, with your own responsibilities and list of customer accounts. 

Responsibilities:

  • Complete outbound calls to prospects, pitch the value of our products and services and close deals.
  • Take initiative to develop skills by staying current on product knowledge, industry trends and new company initiatives.
  • Timely and efficient response to customer inquiries.
  • Consistently meet sales and productivity goals.


Call Center Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Ability to learn, memorize and perform required sales scripts
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, structured, fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter that works well individually as well as part of an integrated team
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel and Salesforce is a plus
  • Outbound Call Center experience or Business to Business (B2B) telesales is a plus
